I am old and wise
It takes courage to grow.
I learn how to love myself, and I heal my wounds.
I know to let go of victimhood and am ready to move into my empowered self.
To embrace others, I first learn how to love myself.
I am happy and content within myself, and I naturally radiate love to others.
I am a magnet for others seeking wisdom and guidance.
I am grateful for every day. I appreciate the gifts I receive.
I am grateful I can share my experiences and help others.
I am old, and I still have so much to teach. I know that my journey continues. My past is alive inside me.
I am thankful to live long enough to pass my lessons on to new generations.
For this reason, I keep learning and growing. I change and adapt to stay ahead of the curve.
I welcome change and experiences at the edge of my comfort zone; I embrace them.
Change helps to keep me moving forward. It keeps me young.
Today's challenges are different from yesterday's. My goals may change.
But I am always working towards becoming the person I want to become.
The only thing that remains constant is that I stay true to myself.
I know that I am growing old. I accept that fact. I celebrate the growth I’m experiencing.
I am proud of the changes I’ve made.
Today, I am old and wise. I am thrilled and smile as I look into the mirror and say,
“I am old and wise. I am doing just fine.”
Self-Reflection Question:
- How do I learn and my perspectives change?
- In what ways do I seek new knowledge?
- How can I best serve others with my knowledge?
