I forgive.
I recognize the power of forgiveness.
I have it in my heart to forgive. I Have the power to move on, make amends, and progress.
I buy a plant, and I nurture it. I water it, keep it warm when it needs to be looked after, and I allow it to thrive and flourish in the sun.
I look at the plant and consider how it grows, adapts, and changes.
This plant represents friendship, loyalty, love, and forgiveness. If looked after, this plant thrives and celebrates life.
I realize that if the plant grows and thrives, I too can forgive.
I reach out to forgive. I allow my relationships to thrive and flourish, and I know I want to make that happen.
I consider memories and happy times, and I live in the present moment.
I relinquish all negative thoughts and look at how I will progress.
I recognize that forgiveness paves the way for new beginnings. I anticipate excitement and progression.
By forgiving, I release all anger and celebrate with a clear, refreshed mind.
I remind myself of the loving, supportive person I am striving to be. I reach out and discuss my thoughts with others.
I expect to be forgiven, so I must offer forgiveness in return.
I understand and appreciate the power of kindness.
I know I can change my thoughts to release understanding, empathy, and hope into the world.
Today, I take steps to forgive others and forgive myself.
