I deserve to be at peace with myself.

I choose to move past fear. There are moments when I allow myself to feel fear, understand it, and let it go.
And this is okay because I know how to heal my fear.
Every day is a chance to learn more about myself and others.

I focus on living my life in peace. I learn to love myself more fully.
I choose to trust myself. I move away from fear and take small steps towards living in peace daily.
When I feel anxiety, I remind myself that I can let it go easily through meditation or yoga.
I allow myself to grieve any pain or sadness that arises.
I tell myself that life is beautiful despite so much suffering.
If I live at such a high energy level, I attract good things into my life.
I choose to be grateful for everything that happens to me.
Today I am letting go of my negative thoughts. I am letting go of the anger that comes with them.
I realize that some days may seem dark, but I am still making progress. I still have good days.
