I am doing my best.
In every challenge that arises, I make a vow to do my best.
Effort takes many different forms, and each new obstacle and challenge will require its own unique approach and solution.
I have the skills to overcome any challenge that may come my way.
I understand that it is easy for life to become overwhelming.
I see that there may be times when I encounter challenges and obstacles, and I know I have the skills to overcome these - but I accept that it may take time.
I make a vow to give myself the time and space I need to achieve my goals and overcome my challenges.
I understand that results may not occur overnight.
I accept that doing my best is enough. When I put in all of my efforts and try my best to succeed, I am doing all I need to be successful and happy.
Even when I am not successful immediately, doing my best is enough.
I accept that my best may look different from that of others - and I know that this is okay.
We all grow, evolve, and master ideas at different stages, and I feel excited at a chance to celebrate the differences between individuals.
Doing my very best is enough.
I know that when I put in effort, I am achieving my dreams and my goals.
Today, I understand the value in effort. I know that I am doing my best, and this is enough.
