Freedom guides my heart.
Despite what is happening in the world, I know I am free. I believe in my rights as a human being.
I was born free.
I remember what it feels like to speak my truth. I remember what it feels like to be free!
I remember what it feels like to be safe.
I detach from any media that makes me feel afraid. I no longer allow technology to rule me.
I let go of any television or internet programming detrimental to my mental and physical health.
The more I get back to Nature, the better I feel. The more I listen to my inner guidance, the stronger I get.
The more I choose to be with like-minded individuals who think as I do, the more courageous I become.
I unplug from the agenda of anyone who doesn’t have my best interests at heart.
I use my innate wisdom to know if what they say is for my highest good or if there is a hidden motive behind it.
I trust my inner guidance.
I build up my physical health through exercise and healthy eating habits. I get plenty of sleep.
I drink plenty of fresh water. I am truly blessed to be free to take good care of my body and mind.
I trust my gut instincts. I know my body knows what is best for me. My body always tells the truth.
I listen attentively to my wise heart. I am grateful to be free.
